MOUKA is one of Nigeria's biggest manufacturers of polyurethane products - Mattresses, Sheetings, Pillows, Foam blocks and other foam materials.MOUKA delivers on high comfort and high quality products, in line with keeping to our promise of innovation. We currently have two factories, one in Lagos and the other in Benin. Our Lagos factory is equipped with a total of five production lines, consisting of three continuous lines and two discontinuous lines. The first two continuous production lines (Canon Viking) Maxfoam, have a capacity of 175 Kilos of PU foam per minute, while the Benin factory has a state of the art continuous production line (Laaderberg) with a capacity of 400 kilos of PU foam per minute supplied with a continuous CO2 line, the first and only in Nigeria.
