To provide at affordable cost effective integrated health care service designed to secure improvement in the physical, mental and socio-economic well being of the people of Nigeria through Primary, Secondary and Tertiary health care services offered in a vertical combination structure.
To produce first class health care/professionals and sub professionals to man the research to advance the frontiers of knowledge in health field for the overall benefit of the Patients and industry. To enable people participate in their own health care through the operation of primary health care as an intral part of OAUTHC health care system.
