Lose Weight, Transform Your Body, And Get In Great Shape!
Our Group Fitness Workouts includes Fat Loss, Metabolic Resistance, & HIIT Training Circuits; Cardio Kickbox; Core Rage (Flat Belly Workouts); and Lots More. These workouts have been tested and are proven to help torch stubborn body fat and transform the entire body. The group workouts are designed to accommodate different fitness levels. So whether you are a beginner or an advanced exerciser, we will modify the workouts so that they are ‘doable’ for you and yet challenging enough to bring you results.
We also have Body Assessments, this includes Body Fat Test, BMI Asssesment, & Tape Measurements. This assessment will help us better understand your needs so we can develop the best program to help you reach your goals. Depending on the program type you choose, we will conduct this assessment every 4 weeks to track your progress and modify your program if necessary.
You can also sit down with one of our program Coaches to discuss your needs & interest, establish your goals, and develop an action plan. We will talk about your diet, setting up a support system, and how to get the best out of the program.
