From that humble beginning, Susan started honing her specialist bakery skills, mastering traditional techniques by devouring books about the subject, trainings and attending international Sugar Craft and cake decoration trade shows around Europe and naturally progress into the cake business in year 2013, designing sophisticated made-to-order cakes for all occasions.We are bespoke producers because we believe that you cannot mass produce delicate perishable artistry and personal service.Susan remains delicately hands-on in the kitchen.     Since the commencement of the cake business, Susan has met a treasure box of characters and has been inspired by their individual cake requests, life tales, love stories and corporate histories.
