Excellence Community Education Welfare Scheme is a voluntary, non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to bequeathing excellence in schools and fighting the spread of HIV/AIDS among youths in the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria. ECEWS was founded by a group of Christian graduate teachers led by Mr Andy Eyo in February 2001 as a result of the dwindling quality of Education in Nigeria.
