PDCL is incorporated in Nigeria in the year 1992 for the purpose of providing oil and gas services in the petrochemical industries. The company was formed with an objective for optimum utilization of flared gas in the Nigeria Delta region which is the birth place of the Chairman, Chief Daniel Ogwilaya. The Petdrill’s vision is to create a world class gas conversion plant that will provide the benefits of economic empowerment, environment enrichment and widespread employment of qualified natives and technocrats. The Company will reduce gas flaring in the Niger Delta region by developing a state of the art Liquefied Natural Gas conversion plant in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State.
