Capital Assets Limited was incorporated on 28th December, 1995 as a private limited liability company to provide specialized financial and investment advisory services to corporate clients, governments and individuals. The company commenced full operations in May 1998. Capital Assets Limited is a Dealing Member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and is duly registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as an issuing house, fund manager and broker/dealer. The Company is also authorized to deal in Treasury Bills by the Central Bank of Nigeria.The principal objective of the Company is to provide specialized Financial, Investment and Management Advisory and Intermediary services designed to assist clients in identifying and taking advantage of existing and new opportunities in the Financial Market.
